espacios ("we", "us", "our") provides AI messaging operations and lead qualification infrastructure. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Espacios platform or engage with our services.

- Connect a WhatsApp Business number or CRM integration

Lead and conversation data
When your AI qualification system is active on WhatsApp, conversation data (messages, lead details, qualification responses) is processed through our platform. This data is used solely to power your qualification engine, populate your CRM, and generate your reporting.
We do not sell, rent, or share conversation data with third parties outside of the integrations you have explicitly configured.

CRM and third-party integrations

We retain data only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, reporting, support, and compliance. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing.
